It's that amazing time of the year when we enjoy a HUGE GREAT HUG from the food we eat. Thank you so much to @realfoodieblog for this wonderful looking plate of food 

We are great fans of using our Cider & Horseradish Wholegrain Mustard to turn good mashed potatoes into great mashed potatoes. The gentle heat of the creamy horseradish is delightfully punctuated by tiny bursts of 'wow' from the grains of mustard, all wrapped in a buttery mash. 

I wonder, did you add any Stokes Red Onion Marmalade to your onions to help them caramelise. The sweet marmalade helps break down your gently simmering onions to faster, yummy caramelisation.

 

We were delighted to see this Instagram post by our foodie friends at Breezes, of Hill Head, Fareham. They share our corporate drive and Rick's personal passion to reduce waste and maximise recycling.

Stokes own policy is 'zero to waste' within two years. And we're taking things further still - as you'll see over the coming months.

An alternative to recycling is to re-use, as this customer demonstrated by sending this photo. Clearly a fan of Stokes Beetroot Relish ... as well as shiny shoes !
