We really enjoyed the recent visit to the team at Fred.Olsen Cruises. They took time out from planning exotic cruises around the world, river cruises and other great voyages of discovery to taste our sauces.

Culture and cuisine are high on the agenda in the cruising world and quality is essential on board and now, we're proud to say, that quality includes Stokes Sauces. Our sauces are now served on board Fred.Olsen vessels across the globe.

The results to last week's Jam First / Cream First survey are in and the runaway favourite is ... jam first. With over 400 votes, jam first was almost 3 times more popular.

We like our jams bursting with flavour and good quality fruit, which is why we only make 'extra jam'. That means our Strawberry, Raspberry and Blackcurrant jams have more real fruit than regular jams, and that's official.

Facebook reminded us of one of the many ways Stokes Real Mayonnaise can add flavour, texture and general yumminess to your recipes and meals.
