They've been at it again in Stokes' kitchens ... multitasking - cooking, filming and inspiring. This is their inspired Salmon Fishcake. If it tastes even half as good as it looks, it must be delicious. It's Summer on a plate - even in the heart of a British Winter.

This is a firm favourite of mine - savoury scones. Cheese scones are wonderful things, particularly with extra cheese grated into them with oodles of melting butter and a spoonful of our Chilli Jam. It's a delicious kick to savour on a Sunday afternoon. Click the images to try them yourself.
