This grownup brown sauce is sweet and spicy, rich with date puree, black treacle and our own unique blend of heart warming spices. Amazing with Chinese 5 Spice on chicken wings.
Tomato Ketchup
Deliciously juicy Italian tomatoes, all 200g of them packed into every 100g of thick, rich Tomato Ketchup. Turn it into an amazing Chinese marinade by adding Chinese 5 Spice, or give it extra zing with a little Chilli Ketchup.
Chilli Ketchup
A twist on the best tomato ketchup – savour the rich tomato taste and then feel the heat of the spices kicking in.
Use it to add bite to a Char Siu marinade by mixing 2 tbsp of honey, 5 tbsp of Stokes Hoisin Sauce, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of Stokes Tomato Ketchup, 1 tbsp of Chilli Ketchup), 2 inches of fresh ginger (grated) and 2 tbsp of rice wine or dry sherry.
