Stokes' kitchen has been busy again, this time creating their Deconstructed Cheesecake.

We were so pleased to receive this photo from a local school taking recycling as seriously as we do. This is an excellent use or empty Stokes jars - washed out, dressed up and filled as party gift jars. Well done - you know who you are :)
Behind the scenes at Stokes - meet James. Stokes folk are great folk, all keen as mustard, highly skilled and loyal. James is one of our Production Supervisors and has been with us for an amazing 13 years - getting the hang of it now James !
