I love Scotch Eggs and adore Stokes Sweet Chilli Sauce. What a great idea to put them both together.
Did you know - QI: Scotch Eggs are not from Scotland. Scotch is an old abbreviation for 'scotched', meaning hacking meat to roughly mince it.
You can always be sure of Top Tips on Facebook. This sparked a discussion as to whether mashed potatoes have right of passage with the Classic British Roast (here). Personally, I love it, particularly with a couple of spoons of Stokes Creamed Horseradish stirred into it. Deeee-licious
