Easy eating - with our condiments

http://www.stokessauces.co.uk/page/sauces/ketchup-and-saucesRaising the bar on 'delicious'

Taste can be changed from 'yuk' to 'yum' in seconds.

From the simple muffin with bacon & egg to truffled eggs Benedict with a fine Jambon Iberico, it's what you add and how you add it that raises the bar on delicious.

We work with amazing tastes every day. These are just a few simple ideas to give your food a brand new level of jumminess, just by adding Stokes.

Creamed Horseradish Chomp Potatoes

http://www.stokessauces.co.uk/product/traditional-condiments/creamed-horseradishYou'll need:
  • 100 g spring onions, cut into rings
  • ¼ pint full-fat milk
  • 900 g mashing potatoes, such as Maris Piper
  • 85-100 g butter
  • 1 tbsp Stokes Creamed Horseradish Sauce

Here's how:
Put the spring onions and milk in a small pan and heat to boiling. Take off the heat and leave to infuse. Peel and boil the potatoes until tender, drain, return to the pan, cover and gently heat for a minute or two.
Remove from the heat and mash the potatoes with the butter. Reheat the milk and the spring onions, then gradually beat this into the potatoes, mixing well with a wooden spoon to make the potatoes fluffy. Add the creamed horseradish & season well.

10 ways to enjoy Stokes Cranberry Sauce

Our Cranberry Sauce is an absolute favourite. It used a host of big, juicy North American cranberries which bubble gently with sugar to balance the sweet tartness of its intense flavour.http://www.stokessauces.co.uk/product/traditional-condiments/cranberry-sauce
1. Spread generously in toasties, classic with brie!
2. Add Cranberry Sauce to your crumble for a full flavoured dessert.

3. Mix with cream cheese for a tasty topping on crackers and bagels!

4. Dollop a spoonful on baked sweet potato in place of butter.

5. Use as a sticky, sweet glaze for sausages.

Stokes Triple Dip

You'll need:
A pot of crème fraîche, Stokes Real Mayonnaise and any of Stokes Chilli Jam, Stokes Red Onion Marmalade and Stokes Coronation Sauce.
http://www.stokessauces.co.uk/page/sauces/chutneys-and-relishesHere's how:

For the onion marmalade dip mix the crème fraîche and Stokes Real Mayonnaise in equal measures (30ml, or a couple of dessert spoonfuls of each will be enough for a ramekin of dip) then stir in a heaped teaspoon of Stokes Red Onion Marmalade.

For The Chilli Dip follow the same instructions but stir in a heaped teaspoon of Stokes Chilli Jam in place of the Red Onion Marmalade.

For the curry dip mix the crème fraîche and Stokes Coronation Sauce in equal measures (about 30ml or a couple of dessert spoonfuls of each will fill a ramekin). That’s it. Or you can sprinkle a little chopped fresh coriander if you want it a little more taxing!
