The clever kitchen team has been busy again, this time turning chicken thigh joints into a thing of beauty. A simple coating of Stokes Sweet & Sticky BBQ Sauce - a smooth sauce, sweet and sticky with a kick of horseradish and sweet maple syrup - does the trick. Then onto the BBQ grill to seal in all the juicy flavours, now enhanced with a caramelised crispy skin.
