Be a winner on Facebook & Twitter

Facebook followers

Facebook is not for everybody. Neither is Twitter. But, the growing numbers of Stokes followers on Facebook and Twitter are certainly enjoying the competitions, tasty news and shared recipe ideas.

Rick @Stokessauces'  doesn't just make stunning ketchup and mayonnaise, but the rural location of The Old Stables in Rendlesham allows him to pursue his other passion - rescuing animals.

Last week we met the growing family of rescued Bennetts Wallabies and Alison Thackray won the caption competition - well done Alison.

This week we meet  the Rheas, Hilda and Charlie.
